These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://checkmypeps.com (the “Site”) operated by Think Loud Agency, LLC, doing business as Check My Peps. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. The Site is intended for users in the United States unless we state otherwise.

Check My Peps is a comparison and research tool. We do not sell medications, peptides, or medical services. We do not provide medical, legal, or pharmacy advice. See our Medical Disclaimer for more detail.

Some features (such as submitting reviews or accessing a provider portal) require an account. You sign in using a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email account and for activity under your account.

If you submit a review or other content, you represent that it reflects your genuine experience, is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and does not include false health claims, spam, harassment, or illegal material. We may moderate, edit, or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards.

You grant us a non-exclusive license to display, store, and use your submitted content to operate and promote the Site. You retain ownership of your content.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Site without permission
• Submit fraudulent reviews or impersonate others
• Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party rights
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Check My Peps or any listed provider

The Site links to independent third-party providers. We do not control their websites, products, pricing, shipping, or medical practices. Your relationship with any provider is solely between you and that provider. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that pricing, legality labels, or provider information is complete, current, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Think Loud Agency, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that disputes will be resolved in courts located in Wyoming, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
